Kenneth is the Founder and Lead Consultant of El-Baal-Perazim Consulting Services, where he leads strategic direction, client advisory, and academic research initiatives. With over a decade of international experience in finance, data analysis, and educational consulting, he brings a unique blend of technical expertise and human-centered insight to the organization's mission.

He holds an MSc in International Accounting and Finance (with Distinction) from Bournemouth University in the UK and is certified in data analytics tools such as Python, Power BI, and SQL. His professional journey spans diverse roles in Australia, the UK, and Ghana, where he has delivered results in financial operations, project development, and corporate strategy for companies including 888 Refining Australasia, Australian Refining Services, and 888 Investment Ghana.

At El-Baal-Perazim, Kenneth oversees all educational consulting services, guiding clients through international university admissions, scholarship strategies, and personal development planning. He also spearheads the company's research division, focusing on project management, supply chain systems, sustainability, and data-driven policy development. His research has been published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at academic conferences.

Passionate about access and equity, he offers pro-bono consulting to underserved communities and actively collaborates with academic and industry partners to expand the firm's social impact.
